ORDER PROCESSING

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) and PayPal. If you pay with a credit/debit card or PayPal, you will not be charged for your order until it ships.
 
How long will it take to process my order?
We thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you! Please allow 7-14 business days for us to receive, process, pack and ship your online order. We will notify you when it has been sent.

NOTE: IF YOU HAVE PLACED AN ORDER ON A DATE AFTER THE SECOND WEEK OF DECEMBER, PLEASE ALLOW UNTIL THE FIRST WEEK OF JANUARY OF THE FOLLOWING YEAR FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE RECEIVED AND 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THEN TO BE COMPLETELY PROCESSED (DUE TO HOLIDAY OFFICE CLOSURE). YOU WILL RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION FROM US AS SOON AS YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order has been completed and an order confirmation has been provided, the order cannot be modified. If you want to add a product to an order, you may place a new order. New orders will incur additional shipping charges.  To return an item or a complete order, please reference our return policy.

We offer standard shipping for all online orders via USPS Priority Mail.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Please contact our Customer Service via phone or e-mail if any issues arise regarding your purchase.

Understanding for Life Ministries (UFL) does not offer refunds for online purchases. However, UFL is committed to replace any defective product returned within 30 days from the date of purchase or while supplies last. UFL cannot offer you an exchange if your purchased product is not defective or if the 30-day period from the date of purchase has lapsed.

If you need to exchange a defective product for the same item, send us an email at bookstoremanager@woomc.org providing your name, mailing address, contact number, e-mail address, purchase order number, date of purchase and description of product defect.

You may return your defective product via mail or in person.

  • If you return your defective product via mail, you must enclose proof of purchase (receipt) with your return package. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow 5-10 business days from the date your product is returned to receive your replaced product.

  • If you return your defective product in person, contact Customer Service to set a scheduled time for returning. Bring your proof of purchase with you upon returning your defective item.

SECURITY

Is it safe to use my credit card/debit card on your site?
Yes!  To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.  If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.  Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
